Monarda Croftway Pink, commonly known as ‘Bergamot’ has an upright, clump forming habit with aromatic, ovate leaves and beautiful rose pink flowers which have a long flowering period unlike some other perennials. This Monarda is very attractive to bees and other insects and performs best planted in a mixed border where it’s beauty can be admired by all.
How to care for your Monarda Croftway Pink
Be sure to leave cutting the Bergamot back as its upright stems look really good in the Winter months. Divide clumps in early-mid April and apply a small mulch around the base of the clump in summer to prevent mildew.
