Callicarpa Bodinieri Profusion, also known as ‘Beauty Berry’, holder of the prestigious RHS Award of Garden Merit, is a bushy, upright, deciduous shrub with obovate, bronze when young then dark green leaves, changing again towards Autumn to rosey-pink. Clusters of star shaped lilac-pink flowers appear from June to July followed by dark violet fruits in the autumn. A superb addition to any garden border, brightening the dullest of weathers during the Autumn with the unusual brightness and colour of the berries, attracting many species of garden birds visiting the garden. Spectacular colouring when group planted.
