Generally pest and disease free, a low maintenance evergreen, ornamental garden shrub requiring very little care. This easy to grow shrub is not fussy, growing quite happily in most soil types providing it’s not water-logged, and adapts well to both deep shade and full sun, the sunnier the position the better the berry coloring. During early Spring remove any damaged or unwanted foliage to maintain size and shape, at the same time apply a good quality general purpose fertilizer to promote healthy, strong growth. If using to form a hedge or screen plant approximately 60-90 cms apart.
