Looking After Your Thalictrum Delavayi Splendide White
Generally pest and disease free an easy to grow herbaceous perennial in many if not all locations. A low maintenance plant which will tolerate a wide range of soil types, preferring a fertile, moist and well drained one, in a sunny or partially shaded area of the garden, the sunnier the position the better the flower colour and production. Cut back to ground level in Spring before any new growth begins to show, and mulch with a well rotted garden compost to help retain moisture during the drier months and apply a general purpose fertiliser at the beginning of the growing season.
