Indigofera Himalayensis ‘Silk Road’  superb new addition, a medium sized, semi-evergreen bushy plant of arching habit. Producing delicate looking soft green pinnate, mid-green leaves along the length of its elegantly arching branches. From April through May and sporadically throughout the season short racemes of purplish- pink pea like flowers are formed.

A relatively new variety introduced in 2006 by Hillier Nurseries. An ideal shrub for planting against a wall or fence providing a colourful backdrop for any planting scheme, which will happily thrive in drier conditions.
