Hosta Fortunei Francee, commonly known as ‘Plantain Lily’, is a clump forming herbaceous perennial with wonderful heart shaped mid green leaves, variegated thickly with bright white/cream.  In July through to August it bears long stems of funnel shaped lavender coloured flowers. This Hosta has been awarded the RHS award of Garden Merit for its sheer excellence in beauty and practicality.  Be sure to plant this Hosta Francee in a shaded well drained area for it to truly thrive and perform at its best.
