Eryngium Jade Frost, also known as a compact form of ‘Sea Holly’ is a perennial which has variegated leaves with a white border.  When the weather starts to get colder, in particularly after a hard frost the leaves take on a pink flush.  During Summer blue thistle like flowers appear making this an ideal perennial for any border.  The flower heads also look fantastic added to either fresh or dried flower arrangements.
