FAQs

What will my plants look like?

All plants are given a quality check before dispatch by our team of experts, and we will only send out the best quality plants. Please be aware that plants sent out will not neccesarily look how they do in the images on the website, as we provide images of how the plants will look, if they are in season and maintained well. Some plants will be dispatched with no flower or leaves as it may not be the flowering season, this does not mean the plant is of poor quality, as the quality is in the root systems which we pride ourselves on and will continue to keep to a high standard for the future and beyond.

How long will my delivery take?

Your delivery should take a maximum of 10 days from the moment you place your order.   We will not send plants out on a Friday as they will be stuck in transit over the weekend affecting the quality.

How much will my delivery cost?

One Payment of £7.99 for all orders, free delivery over £175.  There is an additional charge for some Scottish areas, either email us to check regarding the extra payment before ordering or we will email you detailing the additional cost.

Where do you actually deliver to?

UK Mainland only.  However, there is an additional charge for certain postcodes in Scotland and the Highlands which will need to be discussed before we process the order.  We do not deliver to Ireland (including Northern Ireland).

Can I Specify a certain location for you to leave my package if im not home?

Yes you can, when you have entered your address into the checkout you will be met with a box named “Additional Information” this is where you can specify a location, if for any reason we delivered you package to that location and it was stolen from that location we hold no liability. (So specifying to leave it with your neighbour may be a good idea).

How can I contact you?
